Project Navigator, Ltd. assists PRP groups work together to solve assessment, design and remediation challenges. We specialize in providing project planning and management services to PRP groups at complex multiparty sites such as the Lower Passaic River Restoration. Key services are described to the left, and include overall project coordination, logistics and scheduling, cost control, strategy execution, resource selection, and oversight and coaching of project resources. We do not compete with traditional consulting resources. Rather, we elevate the project performance of all resources by insuring that they are appropriately tasked, and seamlessly working together.
