Steve Werner, B.S. is an environmental professional with 25 years of diversified environmental experience. One of his core activities is in working with clients to understand their goals and drivers, then devising both immediate and long-term project strategies, which, at their very heart, are formulated to achieve compliance and save money. Steve is based in the Philadelphia area.

Robert Piniewski, R.G., B.S. is a registered professional geologist with 20 years of environmental project management experience at both multi-party and single party sites. He brings demonstrated success in building and managing offices in the environmental service field. Bob’s project experience includes soil and groundwater remediation, sediment sites, and management of both RI/FS activities and various remedial actions.

Elizabeth Fontana, M.A. is Project Manager with PNL and has broad experience with a variety of complex environmental investigation and remediation projects and has specialized in managing projects where the ultimate goal has been redevelopment for beneficial use. Elizabeth’s other key skill sets include: project strategy development, large project logistics and coordination, site assessment, remedy development, cost forecasting, and design and construction oversight.

Ian A. Webster, Sc.D. is PNL's founder and president with more than 20 years of experience in environmental work. Ian's key strengths are in project management, remedial engineering and negotiations. One of his core activities is in working with clients to understand their goals and drivers, then devising both immediate and long-term project strategies, which, at their very heart, are formulated to achieve compliance and save money.
