INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION

Project Navigator assists our clients efficiently manage project information so that risk weighted decisions can be evaluated and made.

The ability to efficiently manage, codify and distribute project information will greatly assist the management of the Passaic River Restoration project.

We manage information in a number of ways:

• Online, at our project management web site, Projectoolbox. Information can be securely stored with 24/7 password protected access.
• Via the creation of databases which can be used in a number of ways, including allocation evaluations.
• By visualizing project solutions and logistics. PNL’s Visualization Navigator specializes in creating accurate visual 3D graphical solutions from complex data sets.

Case Studies:

• At a large groundwater Superfund site PNL managed 100,000’s of pages of project information.
• We have created a database from waste disposal records to assist a joint defense group in Louisiana. This large project involved as many as 30 data entry personnel working over 2 months to complete.
