At a Confidential Site in New Jersey, we are working on behalf of the former owner of this CERCLA site to develop a credible and defensible allocation of remedial costs between our client and subsequent users of the site.

Newark Bay may be one of the most complex sediment projects on the east coast. The site is more than 4,000 acres, is influenced by two major rivers and multiple point and non-point sources. Project Navigator was selected to be the Coordinator for the group of companies who received General Notice Letters.

At the Ascon State Superfund Site in Huntington Beach, CA we are managing the work effort of 7 PRPs who are planning for a $100MM remediation of a former oil field waste disposal site.

At the Tex Tin Superfund Site in Texas City, TX we have provided group management services to the PRP group that is completing a $15MM stabilization and capping remedy.
